Our candlelit vigils in solidarity with Afghan women have gone international! Women in the country of Georgia will be holding simultaneous candlelit vigils around the country to highlight the issues affecting women in conflict areas and to stand in solidarity with women's rights activists in Afghanistan.
Women from the Cultural – Humanitarian Fund “Sukhumi”, located in Kutaisi, Georgia, are organising candlelit vigils in solidarity with Afghan women 31st of October from 18.00-19.00 in 10 cities in Western Georgia.
