As part of the simultaneous candlelit vigils that will be held in solidarity with Afghan women, a vigil will be held in York on Saturday 5th November in St Helen’s Square with York Feminist Network and others.
The demonstration will start at 1pm with a special action at 13:25 (in reference to UNSC Resolution 1325).
Please wear green scarves in solidarity with Afghan women. Additional information will be available soon.
